TUITION
Studio53 is a space for visual and creative people. We have Life Drawing, Still Life and Landscape classes through the year with 1 to 1 tuition and extra day classes are arranged if the interest is there.
Matthew Dean (Tutor and owner) trained as an animator at Bournemouth Arts University and has been teaching creative classes for over 20 years.
Being an animator Matthew has taught himself the finer points of how to draw the anatomy and the human form and is happy to pass on his understanding and experience of the form on to others in the classes.
Our classes will return when lockdown restrictions have been removed and we can meet up again inside.
WORKSHOPS
All classes have a theory and practical area to them. Handouts are provided for both the Still Life and Landscape classes.
Refreshments are offered. Help and advice will be given throughout each session.
Work is reviewed at the end of each four week courses.
LIFE DRAWINGWe are passionate about life drawing and see it as one of the key foundations for any creative profession. We are happy to take bookings for groups as well as individuals.
