Learn to needle felt a beautiful atmospheric landscape picture!
Our needle-felting workshops usually start at 10.00 am with an introduction to the tools and methods used in producing the pictures. This is followed by working on a miniature moorland picture using Merino wool fleece.
We then usually have a break for coffee and danish and then continue with a larger coastal scene. This picture introduces you to different types of fibre such as silk, yak and silk blends and merino and tensil.
All materials, frames and use of tools are included in the price. If you want to continue exploring the craft then tools and materials can be purchased on the day.
Workshop days are usually at a mutually convenient date.
